Rubbing and spreading oil with roller and pad brushes
Purpose-built machines spread oil and stain across the surface, with the pad and brush absorbing any excess material in order to produce the right colour.
Surface texture, desired colour and (protective) layer thickness play an important role in this process
For the spreading of stain we have designed machines for (cylindrical) horsehair brushes.
Operational band widths of the pads, pad brushes and cylindrical brushes are 300 mm, 400 mm, 700 mm, 1000 mm and 1300 mm.
