Situation: This parquet manufacturer produces test runs and smaller orders in the Netherlands, and has a large manufacturing facility in Estonia. Their factory had many different machines fitted with just as many ‘exotic’ brush types. These combinations did not deliver the desired surface. Cosma was asked to advise. Our solution: We examined the various brush diameters, rotation speeds (r.p.m.) and kilowatts. Because we specialise not only in brushes but also in brush sanders, we were able to analyse all the elements and put together the right combination of brushes for each application. Through Cosma’s expertise and the use of our high-quality brushes, the client solved their quality problem without having to replace their existing machines.
