Cosma sanding brushes are flexible and follow the shape of the product. They are high-quality with a relatively long life and are simple to use. Our brushes are often used to smooth the sharp edges left after calibration but they cannot be used for calibration itself nor for the removal of any irregularities caused by the wood moulder. Cosma has developed highly specialized brushes for various distinct applications, such as for sanding MDF at a rate of 80 meters per minute, and for vertically sanding window frames. Cosma sanding brushes are available in all sizes, from small (150mm) to large (400mm), with a working width ranging from 50mm to 1400mm. Our brushes can often be adapted for use on existing machines. No matter how efficient a machine is, it is the sanding brush that does the work!
